1st pillar-Honor-It is supposed to have everyone bring their school and parents honor.
2nd pillar-Excellence-To better themselves as people and achieve to the best of their abilities.
3rd pillar-Do everything in the ways of the school like they are and have always been.
4th pillar-Discipline-They are watched and under the gun at almost all times.
I think Discipline is the least important because if there is too much then change is hindered and is hare to happen.
